Large scope marking:

3D dynamic focusing adds an additional set of Z-axis inside the galvanometer, which works with the original X and Y axes. With the scanning of different locations, the software accurately calculates the matching according to the optical path, and the Z-axis is dynamically compensated forward and backward, so that any position in the whole scope is on right-focus. It breaks through the 2D solution's limitation that increasing the scanning area will lead to edge deformation and energy weakening.

Compare two pictures below, when big scope marking, 2D solution leads the edge deformation, rough, uneven and blurry; while 3D solution gets better effect of smooth, uniform, clear and no deformation.
