All the Electrical configuration are would famous brand with quality assurance and Complete after-sales service system.
The screw and barrel material is 38CrMoAl which was high temperature resistance,high pressure resistant,wear-resisting. The max heating temperature can be 500°C. We design a longer screw for the better plasticizing effect in the barrel. After that, the raw material extruded as the filament would be smooth and without bubbles.
For the motor part,We install 2.2KW servo main motor for AFE28 model,and 4kw motor for AFE30 model . it brings Strong driving force and stable extruding.

Longer water tank +Blower device
We install 100mm cooling water tank +1000mm hot water tank ,it brings a better cooling effect. The hot water tank we usually set 60°C, the filament fist go through from the hot water tank is in case of oval, the filament should be cooled down step by step. Second ,the filament go through the cooling water tank. The end of the water tank is the blower. It is strong blowing the water which stick in the surface of the filament, after this process, the filament become dry. When it go through into the laser diameter measure device , the measuring result would be more accurate.

The measuring gauge is connected in closed loop system and will regulate the haul off speed to ensure that the strand diameter remained exactly at the set diameter at all times.

We installed the servo motor, so the servo haul off machine and the laser diameter measurement device would couple into a closed loop system and the main extruder linkage mechanism. The filament diameter would be in a stable condition when you turn on this function because the closed loop function will help you to monitor it. Refer to 1.75mm filament, if the laser gauge read 1.79mm , the PLC auto-controller will faster the speed of the haul off machine, until the filament diameter go to 1.75mm. If the laser gauge read 1.65mm, the haul off machine will be turned slower , until the diameter go to 1.75mm. But you need to adjust the filament diameter into a relatively stable range like 1.65-1.79mm. If the diameter is 1.89mm and it is too different with target 1.75mm, you have to manually adjust by yourself first.
