7. HIPS filaments temperature for printer is 160°C-220°C,Melting point is 230°C.
Produce process
I . Before produce extruding filament ,we will dry ABS and PLA for a enough time (1-1.5 hours).
II. Mix with colors masterbatch or colors powder, all which .
III. Adjust temperature and dragging rate , make filament diameter range at 1.75mm/3.00mm, roundness +/-0.02mm, each spool net weight 1kg+/-0.02kg
2.About waste & recycle
Much time you will find some black filament is too brittle, that added and mixed with some recycle and scrap after produced.
