The 4th Generation Sand 3D Printer by FHZL is with the highest printing speed in the industry so far. It can accommodate different printing sand types and different binder types for printing, such as silica sand, nice foundry sand, ceramic sand, furan resin, inorganic binder etc. Besides, it can fulfill customers' demands on different casting materials and different casting process by simply choosing the appropriate parameters.
The maximum build size of PCM2200 is 2200X1000X800mm, which can provide rapid prototyping for big size intricate casting parts for various industries such as aerospace and vessel etc. It can save the trouble of a physical pattern to create a mold and also avoid the high expense of creating a mold for casting. The printed sand molds can accommodate a variety of casting materials such as aluminum, iron and steel etc.

The maximum build size of PCM1800 is 1800X1000X700mm, which can provide rapid prototyping for sophisticated casting parts in no matter large, medium or small size. The unique feature-Printing on Specific Area of the Platform, that is to print on specific area of the platform instead of full area by adjusting the movement distance of the Sand Paving System on X & Y axis. It can avoid waste of the consumables and can make full use of the machine for different products.

We can supply the samples, but you need to bear the development and delivery cost.
4. Do you have a min order quantity?
We don't have a min order quantity, we can send you the parts according to your drawings
5. What is the period of sample production?
It will take 15~25 days to develop new product.
